Our Facilities

We sell a small number of essentials in our reception building, but no milk/bread etc, Newtonmore (2 1/2 miles north) has the closest amenities, you will find a medium size Co-op and petrol station.

Our shower and toilet block are of a high standard, we have warm showers with larger cubicles for families and disabled access, modern toilets, hairdryer and shaver points.

Water points are available throughout the site.

There is also a launderette with washing and drying facilities which take coins.

Elsan Chemical toilet disposal point for Park users only.

Dishwashing facilities available.

Free WIFI available within the Park area. 

There is a large children's play area.

Pets are very welcome, we assume they will be well behaved and of course they but must be kept on a lead and their mess cleaned up please. There are suitable areas to walk your dogs within the woods nearby.

Please bring your own in-caravan TV system as there are no plug-in TV points available on the Park.

Camping and Calor Gas is available when stocks allow.

Directions

If you are travelling from Fort William on the A86, please ignore sat nav, it will take you down a 6 mile signal track road.  Instead stay on the A86 to Newtonmore and at the first triangular junction (opposite The Glen Hotel) turn right and follow signs for A9 south.  Once on the A9 take a right after 1 mile, signposted Glentruim & Laggan. 

Travelling from south, (Perth to Inverness) turn left off the A9 onto the road signposted Glentruim & Laggan. (Approx., 15 minutes north of Dalwhinnie).

From the north, (Inverness to Perth), turn right off the A9, 1 mile after the Newtonmore south junction, (you don't need to go into Newtonmore or Kingussie, stay on the A9).  It's signposted Glentruim & Laggan.
